About SPS Solutions
A software company building apps for Apple platforms.
SPS Solutions designs and develops software for the Mac and iPhone. We work on small, self-contained tools — the kind you install once, learn in a minute, and then stop thinking about. Our first Mac release, Text Snatch, copies text out of anything on screen using the text recognition built into macOS.
We publish and support our apps ourselves. Everything from the design to the code to the answer you get when you email us comes from the same small team, which keeps the apps consistent and the support honest.
Privacy as a default
We treat other people's data as a liability rather than an asset. Our apps process what they need on the device, collect no analytics, and ask for a system permission only when a feature genuinely requires it — then explain, in the app, what it is used for. Each app's privacy policy is published alongside it.
